Where is your team based?
We are ALL based in the United States, and able to work all hours between approximately 7AM-10PM EST. We do not do outsourcing to any other countries.
How much does it cost?
It's impossible to put pricing on our website because it all depends on the scope of work; everyone's needs are different. How many hours will we have to do? How many "internal" meetings will there be? How many accounts? Renewals? Expansion? Managing a book of business? Helping recruit for an internal position?
What kind of commitment is there?
We can operate on a month-to-month contract, with no commitments. However, we do provide additional discounts for longer term contracts, as it does make planning and allocations easier on our end, from an internal perspective.
Do you represent yourself as part of our company?
Yes, unless you preferred that we did not. If allowed, we will be happy to get an email address for your organization, and add it to LinkedIn profiles as well.
What tools do you use?
We have our own internal tech stack for different projects, but we can also integrate into your tools (Slack, Salesforce, etc) to give you easier access to us, as well as extra visibility.
